Transfer Certificate (TC)

• Required only if the child studied previously in another school (mostly for Class 1 admission)
• The TC and Marksheet have to be of the same school

Previous School Report Card / Progress Report

Admission Form

• Filled and signed by parents

For Class II to XI

Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school – original

Report Card / Marksheet of the previous class showing promotion to the next class

Student’s Aadhaar Card (photocopy)

Parents’ Aadhaar Card or ID proof

Passport-size photographs of the student (4 copies)

• Original TC and previous class marksheet for admission from Class II onward
• Migration Certificate (if the student comes from another board)
